Place editing enhancements:

• new place can be submitted by address, works within place editing, too
• when you edit place, drag the pin to exact location you want to save
• when you edit place, you can choose maptypes and zoom. This will be remembered and place will be displayed with this settings.

Still need to polish the home page and Make New Place page. No map helper here… (updated 7th April: now done).
